Framing department role requiring customer-focused service in a Michaels store. Build custom framing solutions, complete framing orders accurately and on time, operate the cash register, assist customers in-store, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised environment. Follow SOPs and company programs, support omni-channel processes, participate in truck unloading and stocking, and assist with shrink and safety programs. The position involves standing for long periods, bending, lifting heavy boxes/frames, and occasional climbing to access high shelves, with nights, weekends, and early mornings as part of the schedule. Strong basic computer and measuring skills, retail experience preferred, and ability to move throughout the store to help customers and stock products.
