Job Summary
This part-time position entails meal preparation for individuals within a jail facility, including the delivery of all meals and ensuring cleanup after each meal. Key responsibilities include daily inspection and cleaning of kitchen surfaces, safe preparation of meals, handling and distribution of food, and monitoring inventory. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, good communication abilities, and effective task execution in a collaborative environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to pass background checks.
