Job Summary
Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and provide guests stellar service. Responsibilities include quickly clearing dirty table settings and preparing tables for resetting, promptly resetting all service ware, maintaining stock and cleanliness of stations with necessary equipment (silverware, linen, condiments), serving beverages, bread, and butter to guests and replenishing as needed, transporting dirty tableware from dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning, and complying with attendance rules with regular availability. Must be able to grasp, lift and/or carry or transport up to 50 lbs and push/pull items up to 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation. Requires effective verbal and written communication and the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences (supervisors, coworkers, guests).
