Job Summary
Conduct 30-minute one-on-one virtual financial coaching sessions with employees of major global companies, covering topics such as budgeting, debt reduction, credit management, retirement planning, investing, insurance, and home buying. Deliver unbiased education without pushing sales or products, tailoring each session to the member's specific goals and situation. Briefly document topics covered after every session while maintaining strict member confidentiality. Maintain fluency in English and Italian, utilizing a CRM system to log interactions within a fully remote setup from Italy.
Required Qualifications
- 5-years of experience in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education
- Familiarity with financial systems in the Italy
- Working knowledge across budgeting, debt management, credit, retirement, investing, insurance, and/or home buying
- The ability to explain financial concepts in plain, understandable language
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Italian
- Moderate technical proficiency — able to independently use a computer, basic software applications, and a CRM system to document sessions
- Reliable high-speed internet
- A quiet, professional space to conduct sessions
