Job Summary

Conduct initial and concurrent assessments, develop Behavior Intervention Plans, and review treatment plans with parents to ensure signatures. Perform ongoing data analysis, update goals weekly, and provide direct services when behavior therapists are unavailable. Train and supervise behavior therapists on skill acquisition programs, assist caregivers in navigating IEPs and special education systems, and coordinate care between home, school, and other providers. Monitor children for signs of abuse and report incidents immediately. Full-time role with a Master's degree in Psychology or Special Education required, plus a current NJ BCBA license. Required Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of the principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Solid knowledge of the behavioral impact of developmental disabilities
  • Maintains advanced working knowledge of human development practices and standards
  • Principles of applied behavioral analysis
  • Ethical Standards in Behavior Analysis
  • Effective and creative negotiator and problem solver
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/goals
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various technologies and software
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, accountability, teamwork and ethics
  • Adherence to all policies, procedures and standard practices of Graham Behavior Services
  • Ability to work effectively with shifting roles, responsibilities, and expectations
  • Strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments
  • Conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments
  • Designing, implementing, and/or training others using individualized language, play and skill-based curricula
  • Experience in 1:1 education of learners with autism
  • Familiarity with designing, participating in, or supervising in-home 1:1 programs for young individuals with autism
  • Collecting, graphing, analyzing, displaying and discussing data based progress
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Preferably from an ABA accredited program
  • BCBA license in the state of NJ
  • BCBA license in good standing
  • Training and certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Program (BACB)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Acquire and maintain supervision credential through BACB
  • Supervision for BCaBAs, BCBA candidates, and RBTs
  • Minimum two years experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities

Desired Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, is required. Preferably from an ABA accredited program
