Job Summary
PT Facilities & Grounds Engineer responsible for daily maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe, clean environment for staff and guests. Responsibilities include assisting with events, adhering to fire/health safety codes, daily cleaning and sanitation, trash/recycling, landscaping and snow removal, minor building/grounds upkeep, coordinating with contractors, providing excellent customer service, and supporting staff (e.g., moving offices and preparing spaces for tenants). Emphasizes community impact, collaboration, and creative problem-solving, with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficient use of resources.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in performing light maintenance preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Knowledge of equipment and small machines, such as snow blower
- Knowledge of cleaning solutions and use
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize activities.
