Job Summary
Provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, activities, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. Cultivate independent living skills, facilitate community participation, and develop meaningful personal relationships. Administer and record medications per State and Agency requirements when applicable. Complete required documentation including incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, and fire drills. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 8pm on an every-other-weekend basis.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Current driver's license (not provisional) with less than 3 points on driving record
- Must be able to transport people supported as needed
- Some lifting and transferring may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Med Tech Certification
