Job Summary
The PT Evening Program Coordinator is responsible for creating a dynamic evening program that utilizes youth development principles, including academic enrichment, project-based learning, arts, and physical education. Duties include designing program themes and activities, coaching group leaders, organizing logistics, and ensuring the needs of students and their families are met. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong computer and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years’ experience in a youth development role
- Demonstrated track record of accomplishments
- Excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and electronic communications tools
- Demonstrated organizational skills required
- Proven problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work with multiple deadlines and multiple priorities
- Ability to work across a variety of projects and with diverse populations
- Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work in a changing environment
- Team player excited about the opportunity to work in an environment dedicated to the development and growth of youth
Desired Qualifications
- Some college credits preferred
