Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service by assisting customers in shopping and locating products. Ensure a fast checkout experience and engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Take part in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes while maintaining store recovery standards. Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS). Responsibilities include merchandise recovery, compliance with Operating Procedures, and support of shrink and safety programs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
- Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years or older
Desired Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
