Job Summary
Greet customers promptly within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive-thru, delivering exceptional service through friendly attitudes and attentive behavior. Process food and beverage orders accurately by repeating customer orders and verifying products, while maintaining speed of service targets. Keep the dining room, parking lot, and front counter clean, organized, and stocked, ensuring all areas meet operational standards and safety guidelines. Monitor and record temperatures of required products, practice proper hand washing, and adhere to all sanitation tasks and health regulations. Work in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment, communicating frequently with customers and team members while operating cash registers and handling light to moderate weight.
