PT Customer Service Team Member McHenry

Deliver friendly customer service in a public retail store, assist customers, and provide solutions while maintaining a fast, friendly checkout experience. Responsible for truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery to keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock. Engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments, participate in Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), and support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production. Adhere to SOPs, safety programs, and company policies; interact positively with customers and team members; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
