Job Summary
Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests, including greeting members, signing up and touring new members, logging amenities, answering questions, processing purchases at the point of sale, and promoting fitness classes. Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment and support a positive, Judgement Free member experience; demonstrate professional communication, basic computer skills, and ability to perform physical duties such as lifting up to 75 lbs.
