Job Summary
Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests by answering phones, greeting visitors, signing up new members, and logging amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally while processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members and maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This part-time role includes Saturday and Sunday shifts from 3pm to 7:15pm, with potential weekday availability. Starting pay is $11 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
