Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests; greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities, answer phones using information script, respond to questions professionally, process beverage/merchandise purchases via POS, promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF), and maintain a clean, sanitized club environment; role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and frequent movement as part of daily duties.
