Job Summary
Part-time Customer Service Representative needed to deliver superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Responsibilities include answering phones with an information script, greeting and signing up members, tours for new members, logging amenities, addressing member questions and concerns promptly, processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS, promoting fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. Shift is Second Shift hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 7 pm to 11 pm, with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary date. Minimum requirements include customer service experience, 18+ years old, and basic computer proficiency; high school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
