PT Customer Service Representative

Part-Time Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness franchise within National Fitness Partners. Responsibilities include providing superior customer service to members, answering phones using information script, greeting and signing up new members, logging amenities, addressing member questions and concerns, processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS, promoting fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members, and maintaining a clean, sanitized club environment. Qualifications include customer service experience, a high school diploma/GED equivalent preferred, minimum age of 18, and basic computer proficiency. Shift is weekdays and weekends from 6am-2pm with hourly pay starting at $11, plus scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year; includes shift-differential pay and PTO.
