PT Customer Service Representative

Part-Time Customer Service Representative at National Fitness Partners (Planet Fitness franchise). Responsibilities include providing superior customer service to members and guests, answering phones with a friendly script, greeting and signing up new members, logging amenities, addressing questions and concerns promptly, processing beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS, promoting fitness instruction classes (PE@PF), and maintaining a clean, sanitized club environment. Must have customer service experience, basic computer skills, be at least 18, and possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. The role offers shift-differential pay for select shifts, PTO, an Employee Assistance Program, and a free Black Card Membership. Starting hourly wage is $12 with scheduled increases after 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary dates.
