Job Summary
Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience. Answer phones using information scripts, greet and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, and promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. Requires high school diploma/GED, basic computer proficiency, and ability to lift 75 lbs. Part-time role with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months. Includes free Black Card membership, PTO, and shift-differential pay.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
