Job Summary
Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests by answering phones, greeting visitors, signing up new members, and logging amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally while processing beverage and merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Promote unique fitness instruction classes to active and new members and maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. Requires customer service experience, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Part-time schedule includes Monday 4:45am-10am and Tuesday through Friday 6am-10am.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs

- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
