Job Summary
Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience. Answer phones using information scripts, greet members, sign them up, tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, and promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing, and handling cleaning chemicals. Weekend Saturday/Sunday shifts from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM are available for part-time employees starting at $12 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
