Job Summary
Answer phones in a friendly manner using information scripts, greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner while processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Promote unique fitness instruction classes to active and new members and maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This role involves frequent lifting up to 75 lbs and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Shift-differential pay is available for select shifts, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
- Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
- Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
