PT Customer Service Representative

Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests by answering phones, greeting members, signing them up, touring new members, and logging amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, and promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment while adhering to physical demands including lifting up to 75 lbs and using cleaning chemicals.
