Job Summary
Part-Time Customer Service Representative at National Fitness Partners (Planet Fitness franchise) with 14.5 hours per week, weekend shifts Saturday and Sunday 1pm-7:15pm. Responsibilities include delivering superior customer service to members and guests, answering phones using information script, greeting and signing up/new members, touring new members, logging amenities, responding to questions professionally, processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, promoting fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members, and maintaining a clean, sanitized club environment. Requirements include customer service experience, a high school diploma/GED equivalent preferred, being 18+, and basic computer proficiency.
