Job Summary
Part-Time Customer Service Representative at National Fitness Partners (Planet Fitness franchise). Responsibilities include answering phones with an information script, greeting members, signing up new members, logging amenities, responding to questions and concerns, processing beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS, promoting fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, safe club environment. Schedule is Mon-Fri 10PM-6AM with hourly increases after 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter; benefits include PTO, employee assistance, free Black Card Membership, and shift-differential pay.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs
- Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
