PT Customer Service Representative

Answer phones using information scripts, greet and tour new members, and log amenities while processing beverage and merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes, and maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. This part-time role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, handling cleaning chemicals, and performing frequent climbing, balancing, and reaching tasks. Starting at $17 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months, employees also receive shift-differential pay, PTO, an Employee Assistance Program, and a free Black Card membership.
