Job Summary
Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests by answering phones, greeting individuals, signing them up, and logging amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely manner while processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members and maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. Work overnight shifts from 10pm to 4am Monday through Thursday. This role supports National Fitness Partners' mission to transform lives through affordable fitness at over 200 clubs nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
