Job Summary
Answer phones using information scripts, greet members, and sign up or tour new guests while logging amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, and promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment by performing frequent lifting up to 75 lbs and navigating cleaning chemicals. This part-time role at National Fitness Partners offers starting pay of $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months, plus shift-differential pay, PTO, and a free employee Black Card membership.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
