PT Customer Service Rep

Answer phones using an information script, greet members, sign them up, tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system, and promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment while providing superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This overnight position requires hours from 10pm to 3am with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months. The role involves frequent lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing, and exposure to cleaning chemicals. As part of the largest Planet Fitness franchise serving over one million members, you will help create a Judgement Free fitness experience.
