Job Summary
Provide superior customer service to members, prospects, and guests by answering phones, greeting visitors, signing up new members, and logging amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally while processing beverage and merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members and maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. Handle frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items up to 75 lbs, including exposure to cleaning chemicals, while climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
