Job Summary
Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience. Answer phones using a friendly manner and information script, greet members, and sign up or tour new members. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Promote unique fitness instruction classes to active and new members while maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 6:45 am to 2:45 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
