Job Summary
Greet customers promptly within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive-thru, repeating orders and verifying products for accuracy. Process food and beverage orders while maintaining speed of service targets and following REV procedures to ensure freshness. Keep the dining room, parking lot, and front counter clean, organized, and stocked, monitoring product temperatures and adhering to all sanitation guidelines. Assist with training new employees and operate cash register systems requiring fine coordination. Work in a busy quick-service environment standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and communicating frequently with guests and team members.
