Job Summary
Greet customers promptly and warmly within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive-thru, ensuring a positive first impression by maintaining a clean and inviting dining room, parking lot, and wearing proper attire. Process food and beverage orders accurately by following REV procedures, repeating customer orders, and verifying products delivered. Prepare all products according to the order monitor, monitor and record temperatures, and keep the front counter and drive-thru area stocked and ready for rush periods. Adhere to all operational standards, sanitation guidelines, and health and safety regulations while operating cash registers and using required personal protective equipment. Work the evening shift from 2pm to 9pm, including weekends, in a busy quick-service restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on a team and with multiple employees
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately process orders
- Willingness to assist with training new employees
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight from <5 – 50 lbs
- Must be able to operate cash register system requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of electronic devices
- Must be able to see in the normal visual range with or without correction
- Must be able to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction
- Must be able to use and wear a headset for long period of time to take and process customer orders
- Regular and predictable attendance
