Job Summary
PT Customer Experience Manager at Michaels in Fort Worth, TX responsible for delivering a customer-centric shopping experience, leading front-end operations, omnichannel processes, and store policies; manage onboarding, coaching, and performance of the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier); serve as Manager on Duty (MOD); participate in safety/shrink programs, cash handling, and inventory processes (including RTV and ASN); lead in-store events and cross-train in Custom Framing in stores without a Framing Manager, while supporting company programs and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Retail management experience preferred
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and early mornings
