Job Summary
Conduct routine custodial and housekeeping tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window washing, and restroom cleaning. Wash and wax floors, empty and transport trash to disposal areas, and assist with facility clean-up during and after events. Organize and store all assigned equipment and supplies properly. Work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and tolerate adverse outdoor conditions with exposure to dust and cleaning agents.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in similar facility setting
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting at times up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work under adverse outdoor conditions including extreme heat or cold and exposure to heavy dust, dirt and cleaning agent odors
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job in order to mop, sweep, buff, dust and climb
Desired Qualifications
