PT Culinary Assistant

As Culinary Assistant, perform food preparation, buffet setup, and customer service tasks. Set up buffet according to standards, ensure proper signage, refill and rotate buffet items, wipe and clean buffet, stock supplies for hot/cold bar, check temperatures every two hours and document in temperate log, maintain and rotate displayed products with attention to dates, package finished products, and adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations. Assist in other duties as assigned. Requires 18+ years old, HS diploma or equivalent, and 2 weeks of training; skills include safely using knives and wrapping machines, excellent customer service, and good communication. Emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a positive store ambassador attitude; environment includes frequent walking/standing and exposure to grease, heat, and noise.
