Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for acting as a liaison between Citizens Bank of Kentucky and its customers, performing duties of a teller, handling deposits, cashing checks, processing payments, and managing customer inquiries. This role requires compliance with various laws and established procedures, along with maintaining professionalism at all times. Key responsibilities include accepting deposits, balancing cash drawers, providing customer service, and assisting with product information. Effective communication, mathematical abilities, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and related experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to speak effectively with customers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
