Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively, recommending products and services while maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area remains organized per guidelines. Utilize the selling program to promote best solutions and stay current on advertisements, promotions, and loyalty initiatives. Maintain awareness of company policies, support loss prevention efforts, and complete required training in technology and print products. Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to sales brilliance and operational excellence within the retail landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
