Job Summary
PT Contact Center Representative provides excellent customer service to Members via centralized inbound/outbound calls and multi-channel contacts (phone, web chat, email). Responsibilities include assisting with banking needs (account balances, openings, fees, statements, password resets, login issues, online navigation), referrals to branch partners, updating CRM with opportunities, and supporting a high-quality member experience. Role balances inbound/outbound call handling, member outreach, transactional and administrative tasks, and curious conversations to uncover additional banking solutions. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years banking/credit-union experience and call center experience are assets. Hybrid work arrangement with Welland, ON location; wage range $24.36-$30.45 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience assisting Members in a bank or credit union for a minimum of 2 years considered an asset
- Time Management Skills considered an asset
- Previous Call Centre experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of TFSA, RRSP, and RRSP considered an asset
