PT - Community Impact - Flag Football Development Coach

Job Summary
Execute flag football clinics, drills, and stations with youth ages 5-14 across 60+ schools in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. Collaborate with other coaches to enhance the Buccaneers Flag Football Development experience while promoting NFL Flag Football and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Coach students individually and in groups, monitoring conduct and safety while using positive reinforcement to maintain discipline. Prepare comprehensive development plans, set up and breakdown football stations, and adjust instruction to meet individual student needs. Work flexible hours including weekends and nights, requiring dependable transportation to travel between multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching or playing experience (professional, collegiate, interscholastic, or youth)
- Successful prior experience with youth development
- Must be able to work flexible hours for football clinics (including weekends and nights)
- Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required
- Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines
- Frequently lifting of more than 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform occasional physical tasks, which may include working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat
- Ability to climb stairs
- Dependable transportation
- Option of driving a company vehicle (with acceptable driving record)
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily
- Offers of employment are contingent on successful completion of a background screening

- Knowledge of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, NFL, NFL Flag Football, Raymond James Stadium, AdventHealth Training Center, and the Tampa Bay area
