Job Summary
Provide personal and non-personal care assistance to residents following their individual plans of care, promoting independence while maintaining current living conditions safely. Assist with meal service including table setup, serving, deliveries, and dining room cleaning. Record accurate resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other required documentation. Keep the Charge Nurse, Nursing Coordinator, and Assisted Living Director informed of each resident's status. Maintain 100% confidentiality and adhere to hospitality promises by greeting residents, employees, and guests warmly. Recognize and respond to emergency situations while ensuring a safe environment. Work overnight shifts in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, with weekend differentials, earning $14/hr plus shift premiums.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current Oklahoma certification as Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
- Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, documents, etc.
- Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 100% of the work day
- Ability to independently push a wheelchair with a resident weighing up to 200 pounds
- Ability to independently lift, balance, and carry up to 30 pounds
