PT Clinic Director - New Castle County

Lead as PT Clinic Director at Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in New Castle, DE. Responsibilities include assessing patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluations, reviewing physician referrals and medical records to determine therapy needs, providing direct patient care per established protocols, documenting findings and progress for patients and caregivers, supervising assistants and rehabilitation technicians, creating and implementing a comprehensive plan of care to attain goals, delivering physical therapy treatments, and communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers. Additional duties as Clinic Director. Requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a current Delaware PT license; CPR certification.
