Job Summary
Maintain a clean, organized store environment with a focus on floor care; operate scrubber and buffer, perform dust/damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass/windows. Cross-train to support multiple store areas, uphold health/safety and loss-prevention standards, and reinforce positive customer experience. Adhere to policies, assist with Front End coverage, and contribute to store recovery and merchandising standards. Strong communication, organization, and adaptability are required; prior retail cleaning or customer-service experience is preferred. Location: TJX Store in North Wales, PA; part-time role with hourly pay between $13.75 and $14.25.
