Job Summary
Conduct person-directed care for residents by developing awareness of their interests and needs to maximize independence. Provide assistance with activities of daily living, recreational activities, and basic needs while maintaining a safe environment. Report unusual symptoms and problems to supervisors, cooperate with dietary staff for meal service and clean-up, and perform light housekeeping tasks. Document care on daily records and assist nurses as needed. Work Sunday and Monday shifts from 6am to 2pm at Terraces of Phoenix.
Required Qualifications
- Current Caregiver training in Arizona
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Prior nursing experience with Assisted Living or Memory Support preferred
