PT Center Store Associate

Job Summary
Provide quality customer service within the Center Store (Grocery) Department, maintaining shelves and shelf tag moldings, stocking from tag to tag, ensuring saleable merchandise is displayed, and adhering to policies/guidelines. Utilize ACIS and CAO tools, complete CBT and training materials, wear the Food Lion uniform, and follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines. Maintain an enthusiastic, helpful attitude toward customers and associates, perform duties with accuracy and efficiency, and address safety and regulatory requirements. Requires ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs. on occasion, standing for long periods) and to work in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
- Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations
