Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while promoting credit and loyalty programs. Support store shrink reduction goals, participate in safety awareness, and accept constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, lifting heavy objects and multi-tasking in a retail setting.
