Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in-store, and provide fast, friendly checkout experiences with cash handling to standards. Responsibilities include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, assisting customers with product location and solutions, enrolling customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, guiding VOC surveys, supporting Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), participating in stocking and planogram (POG) activities, performing merchandise recovery and returns, executing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to SOPs. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production. The role is a part-time, in-store position at The Michaels Companies Inc. in Rio Grande, NJ, with eligibility for the stated benefits and a minimum age of 16 years.
