Assist the manager in setting and achieving monthly sales goals while operating a cash till and balancing drawers. Handle customer complaints timely, check product deliveries, and maintain accurate stock levels. Keep the facility clean, orderly, and in good repair, ensuring all policies are followed. Perform duties requiring lifting 50 pounds and prolonged standing. This role supports the cooperative's mission through outstanding customer service and teamwork within a supportive environment.
