PT Caregiver Trainee

Support a warm, secure, affectionate, social-emotional climate for young children by learning to lift and hold them while following daily schedules that promote physical, social, and cognitive growth. Maintain a safe and healthy classroom and outside environment by adhering to established rules and procedures. Act as an engaged partner with families while committing to professionalism and meeting all RCMA funding and DCF requirements. Complete mandatory 45-hour childcare training after hire to retain eligibility. This part-time role is available onsite in Florida for candidates with a farmworker background or current CPR and First-Aid certification.
