Job Summary
Conduct Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and hygiene. Provide companionship and positivity while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating patience with residents, families, and team members. Obtain CPR/First Aid certification and work within a dedicated team to create a warm, welcoming environment. This role involves PM shifts with weekend rotation available at Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
- A genuine interest in working with older adults in a supportive and respectful environment
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- The ability to remain patient and composed in interactions with residents, families, and team members
