Job Summary
Instruct teen drivers in advanced car control techniques within a closed-course setting, covering skid control, accident avoidance, and vehicle handling. Provide clear, calm, and constructive feedback to students while ensuring a safe, structured learning environment. Transport vehicles to and from the facility and office as needed, performing basic vehicle checks before and after sessions. Collaborate with team members to facilitate exercises cohesively. This role requires extensive experience in high-performance driving and a passion for helping young drivers build confidence. Sessions occur exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, with two weekends per month, at a rate of $29.00 to $35.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in advanced High-Performance driving and car control techniques
- Demonstrated expertise in skid control and accident avoidance training
- Strong communication and coaching skills, especially with teens
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to safely transport vehicles between locations
- Reliable and punctual for scheduled weekend sessions
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH DAYS
- 8 hrs. on Saturday
- 8 hrs. on Sunday
- ONLY on the weekends
- 2 Weekends a month
